I made the template. (its in the OP)
I'm targetting local small businesses. Finding emails took longer than I anticipated.
I did 25 proposals yesterday, 100 a day was probably a bit ambitious, they took a lot longer than I expected.
I didn't get a chance to do any freelance contests yesterday so thats my first task for today, then I'll get to sending proposals.

Yeah like Oxonbeef said, this type of thing can be a HARD sell.
You will probably have one marketing approach - direct marketing, thats emailing or cold calling
Within that you'll have 2 options:
1. highly tailored thoughtful, but low quantity
2. general mass quantity borderline spamming
It's going to be a hard sell trust me.
