I can't seem to get the offers other than adcolony to appear. I am using cyberghost vpn and connected it to a US IP.

If the user can withdraw money to Paypal, then I must say this is good method for a while. At-least newbies can buy a domain & host it.

When will they add them again?

I checked today again. And I could see a number of new offers.
PLUS when you change the IP, say you complete all the offers from USA, change your IP to UK, you will get a new bunch of offers.

About the method, it might prove useful for newbies to get a domain & hosting. You cannot go very big with this method imo. Use the money to invest in something which will help you earn more money than this method ever can. :)

I think you have got VPN confused with VPS :p VPN allows you to change your IP, it doesn't come with any RAM or SSD :)
 
Interesting for extreme and desperate newbies but looks time consuming for others.
