I checked today again. And I could see a number of new offers.
PLUS when you change the IP, say you complete all the offers from USA, change your IP to UK, you will get a new bunch of offers.

About the method, it might prove useful for newbies to get a domain & hosting. You cannot go very big with this method imo. Use the money to invest in something which will help you earn more money than this method ever can.
