#1 rank page 1 traffic??

I have a problem with Google Rank. My site ranks in the top four for keyword baby frames. According to keyword research baby frames gets around 1,000 - 2,000 searches a day. Why is my site only get 10 - 20. I would at least expect to get a couple of hundred being in the top. Any help would be appreciated. How could I increase this traffic as quick as possible.
