1 Domain Multiple Hosting Accounts?

Is this possible? I have several domains on one hosting account for the main site, but am wanting to create blogs for each domain as well. I would prefer to host the domains through a different company so I can help spread out the load as well as offer different ip's. I have all domains through godaddy.

Would something like this be possible if I created subdomains through godaddy or a-records or something?

First off, NEVER use Godaddy for hosting unless you have more time on your hands than a tired slug! There are plenty of hosting options on the table at the moment that are much better than Godaddy will ever be.

That said, there are two ways to achieve what you are seeking.

Use of Sub Domains
Essentially, you would be setting up the domains much like About.com has their website set up:

waterbottles.yourdomain.com
cheesecakes.yourdomain.com
loseweight.yourdomain.com
breastimplants.yourdomain.com

Use Of Folders
In this method, you are using the same technique as say a company that sells a lot of WP Templates and they offer live views. What you do is go into your hosting account and create a folder and place the new install inside of that folder. Here is a prime example below.

The TLD templateaccess.com in of itself displays no content.

But if you go to?

You will find a sample WP theme fully displayed. Notice that they used two folders in this particular sequence. You can set yours up however you see fit. Yours might look like this.

Yourdomain.com/waterbottles/
Yourdomain.com/cheesecakes/
Yourdomain.com/loseweight/
Yourdomain.com/breastimplants/

I don't use Godaddy for hosting. I have about 6 different other companies I have various sites hosted with. I don't think you understood exactly what I am looking for or maybe I explained it wrong.

I have domain "abc.com"

I have a site for "abc.com" hosted on server A.
I want to have site "123.abc.com" hosted on server B.

Is this possible?

No bro., because you are dealing with the DNS currently only being able to be pointed at one domain name. Just get more domain names, problem solved.

I would give my opinion that you may change your hosting company for the new blogs instead of going for same godaddy.

if i am not wrong you could only point your dns settings to one host only. I've had the idea before but it clearly did not work.

I did something similar to this before one year for my client. He had a Ecommerce website at Bigcommerce and I created a wordpress website at hostgator and used CNAME record on BigCommerce and pointed blog.domainname.com to domainname.com. I don't remember the entire steps now. But I believe it is possible with other hosting accounts also.
