Although 1&1 uses an archaic billing system and although, they are as slow as molasses when it comes to processing domains names, you can snag up some good domain names on the cheap when they have specials = if you have multiple accounts, hint.

Yes you can forward domains, and yes they accept Paypal.
I don't trust 1and1 at all, in the past it's either been a bitch to cancel or they try charging my card even after cancellation. 1and1 is pretty notorious for being shady asses when it comes to billing. If you're using Paypal it'll set up a subscription with them , so I'd recommend people cancel it as soon as you can. And if you're not using Paypal, use a junk prepaid card.

A big NO to 1and1 from my side. They have been known to have worst support and always having technical issues.
