Hi everyone,
I'm currently investigating an issue: Pinterest gives zero impressions on a pin. The account is not shadowbanned (checked via a bot), and the domain seems to be fine overall.
It looks like Pinterest evaluates 1) the profile, and 2) the domain . Using two separate algorithms. I’m not sure which guideline I might be violating that results in 0 views. Normally, we expect to get 20–50–100 impressions per pin, but I’m consistently getting none.

If anyone has real insights or experience with this – let’s discuss.
Also, has anyone tried taking an old account that still gets views, deleting all pins, and switching the entire account theme/niche to something new?

First, I’d like to figure out what the actual cause is —
Is it something technical (like a bad mobile proxy),
or is it due to low-quality text or a poor website?

If you're sure you have been doing proper keyword research, then the only recommendation is to keep pinning. Don't stop.

Also, your account is still fresh, new accounts don't get much impressions immediately. Keep pinning and give it sometime.

Fresh Pinterest accounts may initially see zero views due to various factors.
A lack of followers and engagement, new account status, and Pinterest's
algorithm all play a role. Optimizing your profile, creating engaging
content, and using relevant keywords can help improve visibility
and attract viewers

The next goal is to test posting from an older trusted profile.

When i analyzed ~100 other people's profiles and their sites a long time ago. In general all successful sites have a domain age of more than 6 months. I don't know if this is a coincidence...

I’d check if your setup leaks device or IP signals, especially if you’re reusing accounts. Using isolated browser environments with clean mobile proxies helps. Also, verified aged accounts often outperform new ones.

Has your account been created for a long time? If it's a new account, go ahead and start posting and optimizing your posts and profile. The lack of impressions can sometimes come from not optimizing your Pins and profile for SEO. When users search, Pinterest may not be able to display your posts if they’re not properly optimized.
