I know most of us prefer Godaddy, but sometimes we are in a hurry to buy THAT deleted domain or ran out of Godaddy coupons.

Have you seen their renewal prices? You can obviously transfer but if something goes wrong and you don't get the transfer done in time, you'll end up spending more than you would buying the domain at a real registrar in the first place.

Sure, but as I said, you could use this coupon in an "emergency" situation. Like I have done a couple times. :-)

No, there is 60 days lock period for new domain reg so you can't transfer out to another registrar.
