Tumbler is a goldmine. You can make a lot of money, but just be careful about being too aggressive because you could get banned. You can generate a lot of traffic and it is easy to get reshares, but building a page is the harder part.

Make sure you use link velocity and don't blast it too quick. I would use semi-related keywords in GSA and high pr social shares and links. Then finish it of with high pr contextual links

Yeah on page SEO content will definitely not let you advance. The sites entire PR and relevance to the topic will effect it.
