HMA has SMTP disabled. Any other ideas? Edit: NVM, I had to e-mail them to whitelist my mail server. Now I gotta figure out how to only VPN for outlook and nothing else.

I apologize for how stupid this thread must be, but I legitimately need help. I need a new IP address and to be able to change the IP address daily in outlook when I send out e-mails. I ONLY want this for Outlook e-mail sending, and nothing else.

I had an account that was suspended by google adwords (site broke adwords policy), and when I made another account, that account was also suspended and it was for a different website entirely(which didn't break adwords policy). The only thing that was the same was the credit card used.
