Dumb Question: Need a new IP for Outlook e-mail sending

I apologize for how stupid this thread must be, but I legitimately need help.

I need a new IP address and to be able to change the IP address daily in outlook when I send out e-mails. I ONLY want this for Outlook e-mail sending, and nothing else.

HMA has SMTP disabled. Any other ideas? Edit: NVM, I had to e-mail them to whitelist my mail server. Now I gotta figure out how to only VPN for outlook and nothing else.
