I built my own in PHP using the instagram private API. Fired up a machine at digitalocean and have it running around the clock for two accounts now.

I have about 5k followers. The profiles on plughype are all way bigger than that. Is there even a market for shoutouts on 5k accounts? People are asking, but I don't think people are willing to pay for this type of reach just yet?

What do you guys set on your bio to get people to pay? I just put down "DM for Shoutout enquiries" and then a blurb about the pages

I keep getting the "you're temporarily blocked" message when I try to unfollow somebody. Even manually, it just won't work. Does this mean my account is toast?

Edit: looks like the public API is tightly controlled. All apps need to go through a review process. I did however just find a private API interface on Github. I can't link it for some reason, but it will make things 'a bit' easier :)
