I bought this service knowing fine well it wasn't white hat and that there was a risk so I personally won't be requesting a refund. I do think though that for the benefit of the clients that haven't yet received a penalty it's better that the network stays offline to protect them.

I agree, but that is providing the sites are online 100%, the second that server goes down EVERY site goes down and it doesn't take much for Google to put 2 and 2 together and realize it's a link farm. Even splitting the sites between 2 or 3 hosting accounts would be a much better idea so that...

Yes Sahil, I agree with the above post your service is a good one however this issue with sites going down really does need to be resolved. It's vital that these types of services are as discreet as possible and when all the sites go down at once the backlink profiles are just screaming out link...
