I see you conveniently declined to reply to my question about your finances location. Obviously the card wasn't declined BY you, the card company declined YOU for being overseas. I recommend anyone considering proxies keep their money going to the good USA and forget this trash with terrible...

I also need location-specific premium private proxies. I contacted support through that form I think, but it didn't give a confirmation of being sent or anything. Can you guarantee these are totally private and won't be used by anyone else as long as I pay my monthly bill?

That may be but their front end customer service sucks. I tried for almost a week to become a customer met with same robot-like responses.
