I know that buying a domain that matches a famous person's name can be illegal, and they can seize the domain from you in court, but what about other instances such as taking a popular website's co, biz, etc.? What about simply taking website Xcom and making a F[no swearing... really?]Xcom as either a satire against the original site or with legitimate malice?

Actually the domain name I have in mind is available for $7.99 private registration. I don't really want to make money off it right away, rather just use it as a personal rant blog against the site I am putting the work FCUK [misspelled it because of filter here] in front of. Eventually I might embed some of their video content with the ads stripped out of it as a way for users to watch their videos without ads, if I can figure the coding part of that out. Apparently you can't block advertiser IPs within an iframe using .htaccess though.
