We hired a programmer. It turns out he does nothing, complains, blames the world, then asks for more money. He has implied that he will get us banned from Google, Affiliate programs, anything. He's a very nefarious character and he's blackmailing us! What do we do????

As long as Google can't track the IP of link creators on blog posts, etc.

My feeling is that the more features a product has, the longer the learning curve will be. It's a trade-off that depends on your needs.
