Hi fellas, According to some forums, Odesk debit cards can't be loaded with money in the first time until someone who has the same Payoneer debit card pays you or load it for you. does that apply to all payoneer partners (e.g. 2checkout, Elance,etc.) or does it apply only to Odesk ?
