Effective methods to withdraw funds from Paypal ?

Hi fellas,

So here I am again, stuck with another Paypal issue relying on your help.
I got a Neteller account and I want to transfer funds from PP to Neteller. Result ? IMPOSSIBLE !!
I found other tricks to do so, but each one of these tricks has its own weakness:

1 - Buy evouchers online like Ukash vouchers and use them in Neteller . but the weakness of this method is that you don't find trusted Ukash vouchers sellers who accept payment by Paypal .

2 - 2Checkout : the idea is to register with them and create a product and sell it to yourself using paypal as a payement method, then withdraw your money with Payoneer card (as 2CO is a Payoneer partner).


MY QUESTIONS ARE :

- Is there any solution to method number 1 ?

- Is there anyone here who tried method number 2 ?

- Are there any effective methods you have experienced successfully ?

Hi mate,

I'm not sure if with neteller you could add debit/credit card for example - visa elektron? If yes, why don't just register this card to both paypal and neteller. Then you withdraw funds from paypal and upload them to neteller with the same card?
