After buying 100 PVA and starting to use them on FFAP, I am encountering a big problem, Facebook is asking for ID verification ! ( Each account has a unique private proxy assigned to it) so I don't know how FB is detecting them one after the other.
How can FB link the accounts together and punish them all the same way, this means FB suspects they are associated ?

Your provider has made the accts In the same ip or he must have left some footprints.
that is why you get id proof verification when you do some activities.

You have to make this PVAs old just a 2 - 3 weeks.

When you Create a Facebook Account, It'll be surely under surveillance due to high volume of account fraud, or spamming.
Play all those PVAs for almost a month and it'll be surely be okay. Like some other stuffs like chatting, playing games. Accounts that typical person do.

Your supplier might have not deleted cookies and flash cookies when they were made. The profile pics might have been used before and FB recognised them. They might have all been made on the same ip and you have now moved them to new private ones.
