I really doubt CPA could be used for long term. compare CPA with adsense. cpa = short term. adsense = long term. I think if you buy that much amount of traffic from a single source instead of generating it from several sources, most of it will be junk traffic (won't even get displayed on any traffic tracking software too). So I suggest you to go for the amalgamation of several sources
