Need help setting up CPA offer for offline promotion

I'm going to be distributing these flyers soon and would like to include some kind of "free this or that" type of thing... like "free ipod 4038f3408.com" .... I plan to use a redirected domain but need ideas in terms of what would be good to promote, and how to get into the cpa networks.. What do you need to do, have them call you, what?

Definitely a good idea. I would recommend to keep the flyers short and to the point with some good and catchy design. do let us know how did the method go because I would definitely want to know the results
