yeah agreed, the quality of work is sometimes less then par. I wouldnt take their "guarantees" very seriously. for $300 a month i dont think anybody can guarantee first page anything..... i have however used them in the past and for some cheap link building and such it aint bad.

agreed. you need diversity in your link building campaign. These updates are more of a reason to diversify where you build links and anchor text you are using.

Super: I always use 301 known as a permanent redirect if you are going to permanently redirect that domain name to a specific URL. Cpanel redirect might just modify you .hatccess and actually do a 301 also. never really used meta refresh.
