It's not easy to get referrals to get your free stuff, but the site is legit.

To have 100 UVs per day with that KW's you had to get half of the total google searches into visitors. At 1st place you will only get around 40% and most of your rankings are below this. The keyword tool isn't 100% accurate but you are making the wrong math also imo.
