2) I would like to provide my own video but it's very short (about 60s.) Does the length of the video has any impact on seo?

From 5 videos just 1 is ranking. I gave two sites for information to be used for the videos. Creators decided to put the URLs of these sites inside the descriptions of the videos and also they build links to them using the web 2.0 properties. I don't own these sites and one of them is even my competition, so basically they've build links to my competition even when I clearly stated that these are not my sites.
