I make shorts from my long videos and link back to the long video. I also add a pinned comment on the short with link back to my website page related to the short topic.
When uploading a video that includes clips from other videos how should you reference the sources in the description?
Do you just list the channel or list url to original video?
I create 5-10 min videos about product reviews and some tech walkthroughs.
My videos only get a few views but my shorts created from the same videos get 1000s of views.
I don't understand why the videos don't get more views.
I've tried online marketing on and off over the years. It's interesting to see how platforms have changed but marketing in essence has not.

The purpose of adding the keyword to the category is so that it shows up in the url for example:
domain.com/best-android-smartphone/my-android-smartphone-review/
Another benefit is Wordpress makes it easy to have menus created from categories.

I have an Amazon review site. Does creating a category with the keyword I want to target help with ranking?
It seems like it just makes it easier for competitors to find keywords I'm targeting.
I had a subscription to Invideo ai for a few months and the videos were great but the picture / video clip library despite being "millions" was really repetitive over time regardless of the niche. It was good to start but now I order videos from other sources or make them myself.
