You have got to be careful while buying such links. I bought a PR 7 blogroll link from fiverr which was fake. Even after a lot of research I was unable to find out how he managed to fake it.

I have not admitted defeat yet. I have already started building new sites. It's just that some of my high performing sites have been penalized and it is all my fault because I was lazy. I used the service of a couple of bad fiverr gigs just before the update that did more harm than good.
