I'm using on mass submissions like 25-30 achors where 5 are exact keywords, 10-15 keyword and some extra words and rest general "click here" "see this" shit and seems to be doing still fine. This maybe requires more link building but I rather keep my site safe than waste 5 months of hard work.

I dont think it will do any harm, just remember to diversify your anchors. For example, 40% exact kw, 40% broad kw and 20% click here, see more type anchors.
