Alright so here's what I understand.
When the file gets deleted from recycle bin, it stays there but empty. A new file's content data starts writing to that empty file. It's like clearing a chalkboard and writing new stuff on it.

Bro you explain where they go when I "part-delete" these files. I wonder where do they go when I actually delete the f out from everywhere. I mean when you "REALLY" free up the disk space, where do they go? To void?

When I search online, people say the pointer referred to file is removed and computer no longer sees that file.
Dude if the file is still there, how come we say this a "deletion"?
