Building backlinks for social accounts?

It will hardly make any difference in ranking. The returns will not be something significant as no one searching for individual creators on google unless he is already popular.

I read somewhere, it says Google indexes every social platform. I don't know though.

In the past, I once hears of guys building backlinks to Facebook pages and posts. I never tested it to know how impactful it was.
I doubt these social media platforms base ranking of content on the platform, on external links.

@PapaTele I never did this and I certainly do not support the idea for few valid reasons.
Social Media platforms are huge giants who do not need tiny backlinks support for the account from us.
Unlike our website which we own completely (domain name, content, links, etc.) our social media platforms are not 100% in our hands. What if you build thousands of links and one day the platform decides to suspend your account?
What will you do?
