Hello.

I've been searching for commenting backlinks now and I don't know how to value them. I don't know which are quality and which are not.

For example, I found this link and I don't know the value. Can you guys tell me about the parameters?

The authority is pretty good and is ranking for hell lot of keywords if your site is new don't go anywhere near to him that will be very best for you but referring domain is 411 only can you take a picture of a'll referring domain and share them I can more confidently say something
 
I always think ******** comment links on sites that are niche relevant with traffic are the best and the lesser the amount of people leaving comments just to add their links the better.

You need to add some value in your comment and be helpful, your link should be a natural fit to your comment.

get comment backlinks only from sites where admin approves the comment. these sites have low OBL.

also, don't make it spammy.
