My dear, I reside in Nigeria, a country blacklisted almost everything relating with IM. It's really painful.We can't access paypal,moneybooker hence I can't even do CPAs. There's no doubt that there are scammers (just like there are in the US and UK) BUT THERE ARE A WHOLE LOTS OF MORE GENUINE...
