Yeah I suspect this is the wrong forum. Try searching for freelance websites. There are a half dozen at least. You can hire people by the job, or by the hour. Look for "web developers." I bet you'll find someone who can do what you want!

Hey thanks. I have heard that google has some kind of algorithim which penalizes links that come from "bad neighborhoods." If this is true, is there a way to determine if any particual site is "good" or "bad"?
