When you purchase an item it states where the payments are coming from, for example ebay says "Paypal Balance and Credit Card/Bank Account" you missed it. that's why they took the $60. You can blame paypal for a lot of things but this was your error.

If I purchased a Hostgator Reseller Account of say 50GB Space, the lowest one. Is that 50GB to host all my websites? or is that 50GB given per site I create? I went to hostgator but they dont really tell you anything.
