when you add your bank account to paypal does paypal take note of what postal address your bank account is in? as I have a suspended ebay account in this address and just wondered if it's something they check?

PayPal cannot see any personal details from your bank account. They can only see your info if you transfer funds from your bank to your paypal.

Just make sure you dont use that address on any new account.

Paypal wants your fname, lname exactly as shown on your bank passbook.

If it's eBay, then your IP as well as the Mac address will also be note down and checked when needed.
