If your content quality then it will get indexed. If you want to index your backlinks then do a gsa blast it's cheaper and effective than indexers nowdays

This is what i have been doing for last 7 years thanks to gsa serch engine ranker and kit / ahrefs . My recent project now stuck on top 10 and nothin change for past 2 weeks. Even top 8 to 9 i am getting considerable CTR . Google sucks even my content powerful it still waiting. LOL!
