I know that a lot of tools on the platform may be effective, however, I'm looking for a method or strategy to index backlinks?

The real fact is there are no guaranteed methods to make the page or backlink get indexed. But you can try the methods given by the experts. Just look into the threads in the black hat SEO section.

If your content quality then it will get indexed. If you want to index your backlinks then do a gsa blast it's cheaper and effective than indexers nowdays

I'd say you should concentrate more on actually creating backlinks, they will eventually index the links whether you push for this or not, so why bother

Don't use any indexing tool. Use Copyscape passed quality content. it will get index naturally.
