I have exactly the same problem (larger account). I think IG actively limited my reach, so that only my current followers engage with my content. I still rank in many top 9 hashtags but growth is pretty much gone. Very weird.

Careful there. The rule is always 1 SIM per account for super safe and serious accounts to 1 SIM per 5 accounts for spam accounts where it's not the end of the world to get banned. Same rule as for using proxies.
