Looking for Custom Instagram Scraper by Usernames

I'm looking for someone who can help me build a custom scraper by usernames (I have a server and can provide proxies but you'd need to create the IG support accounts for the scraping)

The scraper would need to be able to scrape from a set list of usernames:

-Posts including caption, location, # & list of likes, # & list of comments
-Followers of usernames
-Followings of usernames
-Ideally pull the images of the posts as well

It would have to do this scraping on a continuous basis (not necessarily historically as this will be a lot of extra work)

In addition, I will need an output system/program that will allow me to sort this information and do easy analysis/keep track of things. Ideally, it would also include some kind of custom feed with the images of the posts. I will provide the detailed request per private message.

This is a more complex task, so please only contact me if you have previously built a scraper that is still working fine since the latest API changes. I will require proof of that existing program.

Bonus would be if you have experience with the official API as well.
