Well good luck to you, but seriously, your accounts are going to get banned - my accounts were just like yours, aged like yours, I didn't post aggressively, etc. Not really understanding why you think you are somehow immune to the much more aggressive posture FB has taken over the last few months.

100,000 is doable for a few days, then facebook will lock down those accounts for group spamming. I had a few days where I did posted links to a site from various FB accounts in groups in which I was a member. The accounts were all good, I did all the right stuff, yada yada, and hit 45k uniques...

I'd be interested to see if this is more practical in application than a more established tool like Selenium.

Yep - I've had this problem on multiple hosts. Otherwise, your .htaccess file looks fine, assuming your goal is to block bots.
