Ok I just tried this and its not working for me. I'm doing everything that your telling me to, but after I add the max. amount of friends, I push the back button and it sends me to the log in screen. After I try to log in it ask for phone verification:(

so you are not actually 'verified' while you do all of this....seems like it could work. I'll try it. But what about the accounts themselves? You send out a lot of friend request but you don't have a solid profile set up so that they will actually accept
