Brand new, just need pointed in the right direction

Hey everyone,
This is my first post. I have used the search, and I've been reading the forums all yesterday and today...I'm starting to catch on but I feel I am a little 'out of the loop'...I made an account with clickbank, I've looked at several techniques(CL,YA, blogging, AS)... But I kind of need a point in the right direction on where to get started.

I am not trying to make easy money on the internet, I know that you get out what you put into it, and I am willing to do that. I am just confused as to where to put my efforts?

I also just wanted to say thank you, I have already learned so much from people just willing to help; all of the write-ups/guides. Thank you.

EDIT: There are a lot of acronyms on here i.e. CPA/HOP and 'campaigns' etc. is there a list somewhere of what all of these stand for? Sorry that is a ultra noob question, I just thought I'd ask...it would make researching the boards much easier lol

I just wanted to post a reply saying sorry for posting this. I've spent all day researching more on this site and I now realize that this is a cutthroat business...so why would anyone give away their marketing secrets. Makes sense. I will have to figure it out myself.

I do have one question though...and I know this has been asked multiple times, but I couldn't find my answer....I have a static IP address, run off a linkseys router that 6-7 other computers/people are all using; so I can't just restart the router anytime I want. I am wireless....I know the tor/hidemyass programs but they seem very slow and I want to be completely anonymous. What would y'all suggest?

One last honest question....I see multiple threads about "use this method for $100 a day" etc. etc. Is there any real truth to these post or are the OPs looking to capitalize from the thread?

You seem like a fast learner, so let me tell you that these kind of threads pop up daily, and BHW members normally rant and insult the posters.

Anyways, for the "earn $100 dollars a day" threads, most of them are true. Why ? If it would be for t'oo obvious) personal gain, the thread would be deleted. If the method had no potential whatsoever, noone would reply. So I conclude most succesful threads like that are true. This is not DP or WF, some other IM related forums where this is not the case. Even though this is slowly looking a bit like DP.

Not a pro in proxies, but there are plenty of FF plugins, and TOR isn't that slow, is it ? There are some "proxy sites" which are essentially portals to surf with their IP out there too, but they are pretty slow as well.

With that said.....WOW....Its been six days of constant researching, and when I said I was "starting to catch on" in my first post....I had(have) absolutely nooo idea wned: I'm kinda laughing at myself for posting that(btw I answered all of my questions through research lol)

The wealth of information on this forum is so overwhelming its not even funny! I've learned so much since I first posted that, and it still feels as if I haven't even come close to the tip of the iceberg-- But I'm going to keep on keepin' on-- god I wish I could just find one of you gurus on here and pick your brain

I do have one request that I still can't seem to find. Just a simple list of all of these acronyms on here and what they stand for....I have figured out quite a few, but there are many more that just making researching on here that much harder So I dunno if such document exist, but if someone could point me in the right direction that would help out so much!

And can someone be completely blunt with me. Do I have to learn HTML/flash/css/SQl/etc. to actually make this work/get something out of it
