I'm writing some basic SEO software and need someway of gathering PageRank information on 1,000s of URLs. Does anyone know of a site, service or method for checking 1,000+ URL's?

This website is ranking incredibly well for keywords in its niche but I cannot figure out why? URL REMOVED (Sgudav) Its a fairly competitive niche. Ahrefs is showing less than 10 backlinks, none of which are keyword specific? All seem to be going to a PDF? Can't see any 301's either...
