I want to manage ~30 accounts on an LTE hotspot from my mobile phone connected to PC. From my understanding, an LTE hotspot with rotating IPs should be the same as a proxy, right? Are there going to be any problems? Not creating accounts, just managing?

I just bought a subscription to stormproxies for a residential rotating proxy but I'm not sure how it works. So I got the proxy (I think) with an IP and port, and I also got an access IP. How do I set up the rotating proxy? Thanks

I want to create upwards of 3000-4000 IG accounts, maybe even more. How much proxy traffic would I need to just create them? I won't be using any of them at all, they'll just be following other accounts. And what factors affect proxy traffic? Should I be exiting from all other web browsers?
