If a keyword has low advertiser competition but the cpc is still over 1. dollar and the search traffic is over 1500 a month. would still be a good keyword to go after?

It maybe be just me. when i search for a keyword difficulty on traffic travis (Free Edition) one day I would get "easy" next day "Medium Difficulty" is this normal?

Hello all. I found some keywords with a good amount of monthly searches I used the normal keyword research methods. I also used TT to see SEO competition and TT reported this keywords as "Relatively Easy" to rank. Is there a way to confirm this?
