Tax Advice

Hello, I live in Mexico and I am making a bit of money as an affiliate, I get paid via paypal and adsense check, the paypal account was verified by a friend living in the U.S. and using his bank account. I then got a Paypal card mailed to his address and he then mailed it to me and I use ATM's to withdraw money once in a while
Question is:
Do i have to pay U.S. taxes on this money?
Does my friend becomes liable and have to pay taxes because he verified the paypal account?

since u r not using money from Ur frnds bank accn i dnt think Ur frnd is Liable to make Tax Paymnts.

And since u r also using funds directly from ur Paypal accnt and nt from ur bank accnt ; neighter u are .

though iam nt so sure.
