OK, I am sure this site was hacked and it probably was for using a nulled there
it is the Genesis child theme "enterprise"
so stay away from it

A lot of the suppossedly nulled templates and scripts come prepackaged with shell 'bonuses'. Sometimes they're even encrypted-obfuscated. A shell script such as c99 can compromise not just all of your data/website, but other people's data on the server, and the server as a whole. I use a modified version of that script I found on a client's website to test my servers for vulnerabilities.

Could you share this script so that i may test my server for this c99 code?

Yes c99 is a very powerfull script. One day I watch code source during one day and I think that it's very powerfull yet to audit websites. We can found in GG easily => But there are many false script (modified script = commentated lines) and sometimes you need change source code...
