I am completely unfamiliar with domains like these, For example in Ahrefs, I see http://www.site.differentsite.com/page.asp Sometimes I even see, site.differentsite.differentsite.com/page.us or something crazy like that. What does this mean exactly?

Is the search volume shown in google keyword planner accurate? If not, how inaccurate is it? for example if a non exact match, 2 word keyword phrase appears to have very little search volume (below 30 searches per month), how many searches can it actually have on average? Thanks SEO comrades.
