I would open more Blogger accounts(max. 100 blogs per acc...) and ad the ads on the blogs in the moment they are built. You should also do the RSS submittion... Are you planning to sell this software?

Of course there is way but it is much easier with UK IP... It seems pretty obvious why do you rank better in global than in local... My local traffic has increased for 150% when I moved to local server. You should consider getting on UK server.

You are doing something really worng! I have about 10-20 visitor per day to my website and I make about a $1 per day...

Be careful with "1000+ links in one day" offers. Link building is longterm process which should look natural. It is better to build 30 links every day for 30 days than 1000 links in one day.
