Lets say I input 50 keywords and harvest 50k URLS. How do I know what keyword gave me which URL?

Lets say that I had a list of ALL the keywords that have over 5k hits/month on google along with their respective cpc on adwords and their ranking difficulty rating from moz. How much would such a list cost?
