bypass ISP internet speed without vpn?
hello. My ISP is has closed vpn for all user because someone told to their forum about bypass internet limit. i have scan all port from my ISP inernet for vpn but not found any open port for vpn. Because of this, in my country, anyone want use internet 1GB must pay for 10USD. this is very suck...- vqoley
